\u00c0 cause de la pr\u00e9sence sur le terrain des installations destin\u00e9es \u00e0 accueillir les invit\u00e9s \u00e0 notre mariage, nous ne disposerons que de quelques places de stationnement sur notre propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Ces places seront r\u00e9serv\u00e9es en priorit\u00e9 aux membres du cort\u00e8ge nuptial, aux fournisseurs et aux invit\u00e9s \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n

Nous vous demandons, si possible, d\u2019utiliser le service de navette qui fera l\u2019aller-retour entre le site du mariage et les h\u00f4tels h\u00f4tes. Ceux et celles qui logeront ailleurs que dans les deux \u00e9tablissements h\u00f4tes pourront s\u2019y stationner et emprunter la navette. Ces arrangements nous permettront de mieux g\u00e9rer les quelques places de stationnement disponibles sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et de nous assurer de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de nos invit\u00e9s. Les conduite en \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9bri\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u2019est pas permise.<\/p>\n

Une fois arriv\u00e9 sur place, veuillez vous diriger vers la cour-arri\u00e8re o\u00f9 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie aura lieu. En cas de pluie, la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie se tiendra sous le chapiteau principal.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, nous vous demandons de bien vouloir apporter votre chaise pliante et de l\u2019installer sous le chapiteau \u00e0 la table qui vous est assign\u00e9e. Un plan des places sera affich\u00e9 et chaque place assise aura le nom de la personne qui lui est assign\u00e9e. Nous vous sommes reconnaissants de prendre en charge ce petit travail, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les t\u00e2ches des quelques personnes qui nous aideront ce jour-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Le bar se trouvera \u00e9galement sous le chapiteau et sera ouvert pendant l\u2019heure du cocktail. Vous y trouverez une s\u00e9lection gratuite de vins, bi\u00e8res, coolers et boissons non-alcoolis\u00e9es. Il suffit de vous servir.<\/p>\n

Profitez de cette heure pour faire le tour de notre propri\u00e9t\u00e9 en bonne compagnie, pendant que nous serons occup\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre les photos de mariage et de famille. Nous vous retrouverons tout de suite apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

Vous trouverez aussi des jeux de pelouse et des lieux de d\u00e9tente. Le service de traiteur circulera avec des hord d\u2019\u0153uvres.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\"\"3:00pm - Arrival<\/h2>

Because of the installations required to host the number of guests invited to our wedding, we will have an extremely limited number of parking spots available on our property. Those will be reserved primarily for the wedding party, our vendors and guests requiring a spot for accessibility reasons.<\/p>

We kindly ask that guests use the provided shuttle service to and from the wedding site and the host hotels. Even guests who are not staying at the hosts hotels can park there before boarding the shuttle bus. This allows us to manage parking limitations on site as well as the safe travel of our guests. Drinking and driving is not permitted.<\/p>

Once you arrive on the property, please make your way to the backyard where the ceremony will take place. In case of rain, the ceremony will take place under the main tent.<\/p>

Water will be available for guests.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"3:30pm - Ceremony<\/h2>

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, in the backyard behind our home. An order of ceremony will be placed on each seat. We ask that guests do not sit on chairs marked by a reserved sign.<\/p>

Once the ceremony is complete, we ask that everyone remain at the ceremony location for a group photo.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"4:30pm - Cocktail Hour<\/h2>

After the ceremony, we ask everyone to take their folding chair and bring it to their table under the tent. A seating chart will be posted with your assigned table and each place setting will have an assigned name. In an effort to reduce workload on the select few who will be helping us on the day of, we really appreciate your help with this task.<\/p>

Under the tent, you will also find the bar. It will now be open for our cocktail hour, and features a selection of complimentary wine, beer, coolers and non-alcoholic drinks. Please help yourself.<\/p>

Then enjoy the run of the property for cocktail hour while we do some family and wedding party photos before we join you.<\/p>

There will be lawn games and lounging spots for you to enjoy. Hors d\u2019oeuvres will be passed by our catering team.<\/p>\n\n

\"\"6:00pm - Dinner<\/h2>

Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM and is buffet style.<\/p>

We\u2019ll be asking one table at a time to go up to get their plate to avoid congestion in the service area.<\/p>

Our southern style BBQ will be prepared by pitmaster Matthew Rushworth and features a selection of meats and sides.<\/p>

A vegan\/vegetarian option is available by request for those who indicate this on their RSVP.<\/p>

Please contact us with any dietary restrictions you may have.<\/p>\n\n

It\u2019s time to party!<\/p>

Kick up your heals and enjoy some tunes on the dance floor as we party and celebrate together.<\/p>\n\n

Later in the evening, we will start a bonfire at the firepit.<\/p>

Time to wind down the music (we are grateful we don\u2019t have direct next door neighbours but the sound does carry), and have a more chill end to the evening with some fireside chats.<\/p>

We\u2019ll have the necessary supplies to make some great smores over the fire for a late night bite.<\/p>\n\n

The same shuttle service that got you to the property will be running all evening long to take you back to the host hotels when you\u2019re ready to call it a night.<\/p>
