The wedding ceremony and reception will both be taking place behind our home, on our property. A tent will be installed to shield us in case of inclement weather and a dedicated washroom trailer will be on site.
-
We have arranged accommodations at two local hotels: Hampton Inn by Hilton Napanee and Comfort Inn & Suites Napanee. Both hotels are a 10-minute drive or so from the wedding site. Please visit the accommodations page for details on how to book a room.
-
Absolutely – There are many other options for accommodations in the area, including hotels in Kingston and Belleville, motels in Napanee, and vacation rentals in Lennox & Addington County and nearby Prince Edward County. Vacation rentals can be found on both Airbnb and VRBO.
-
Our property is located at 2916 County Road 41 in Roblin, Ontario, just north of Napanee. We will have a shuttle bus running between our property and both host hotels. More information on the shuttle service will be released closer to the wedding date.
-
Because of the installations required to host the number of guests invited to our wedding, we will have an extremely limited number of parking spots available on our property. Those will be reserved primarily for the wedding party, our vendors and guests requiring a spot for accessibility reasons. If you require an accessible parking spot, please contact us so we can ensure there is one reserved for you. For guests not requiring an accessible parking spot, we ask to you please use the provided shuttle service to and from the host hotels. Even guests who are not staying at either of the host hotels can park there and take the shuttle to the wedding site.

Our suggested dress code is cocktail attire. This type of dress code aims to strike a balance between formal and casual, as well as elegant and comfortable. For most people, this means wearing a suit or a dress, but ultimately, we want our guests to feel great in any outfit they choose.
-
Because our ceremony and reception will be happening outdoors, we recommend wearing shoes that are appropriate for grass.
-
While it is an outdoor wedding, we have members of our family that are extremely vulnerable to scents and smells, which can trigger severe asthmatic reactions. We ask that you not wear any perfumes, colognes, or scents out of respect to those family members.
-
We are pleased to offer our guests a complimentary selection of wine, beer, coolers and non-alcoholic drinks.
-
Our caterer has vegan and vegetarian options and can accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice. Please indicate in your RSVP any special requests we can pass on to our catering team.
-
Because we are hosting our wedding at our home, we are limited by the size of the property with the number of guests we can invite. For that reason, only children or additional guests listed on your virtual RSVP can be accommodated.
-
We will have photographers and videographers on site. We kindly ask that guests allow our content team the space they need to document our special day. We also welcome all our guests taking their own photos/videos to post on social media, if they wish. Don’t forget to tag us so we can see all your content from our special day!
-
After the Saturday celebrations, we are pleased to invite our guests back to our home for a casual BBQ on Sunday. Food and drinks will be provided. This is entirely optional, but we recognize many of our guests are travelling from far away so we would love another chance to see everyone on this special weekend. Feel free to bring your bathing suit for the hot tub if you wish.
-
Because we have been living together for several years now and have two established homes, we have decided to not do a formal gift registry. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. For those who would still like to honour us with a gift, we would graciously accept a contribution to our honeymoon fund. If you wish to do so via Interac E-Transfer, please use the following email: stephanejpare@gmail.com.

Our RSVP is entirely virtual and can be done right here on this website. Select RSVP in the menu above and enter your name to access your personal RSVP, or scan the QR code included in your printed invitation. Any related guests will also appear on the RSVP page so you can specify who in your invited party can attend. We ask that you please complete your RSVP by June 30, to help us in the planning process.

While it is an outdoor wedding, we have members of our families who are extremely vulnerable to scents and smoke, which can trigger sever asthmatic reactions.
We ask that any smoking or vaping be done only in front of the house, in the designated smoking/vaping area, well away from the festivities.
-
While we are both avid dog lovers, and this is an outdoor wedding, we kindly ask that you keep your pets at home.
Rita, our dog, is very anxious and will be having a hard enough time with all the people in her yard.
Some of the local accommodation options do allow pets. We recommend that you explore those options if you are not able to leave your furry one at home.
On the Sunday for the Farewell BBQ, we know most people will have checked out of their accommodations. It will be a more relaxed atmosphere so you can bring them with you for this event, but we do ask that all pets be kept on a leash and in your control. We are located immediately on a busy road with no fence and want to ensure everyone, including pets, remain safe.
